1.you should have more than 800 wonder cash (you can earn them by posting)
2.have less than 3 warnings
3.be most active

note:if you are very good (but dont have all those requirements) user and deserve to be a VIP it,you'll be made as a VIP!!!

2.You should have 10 or more reputation.
3.You should be active sometimes.
4.Make sure you don't have any warnings from moderators and admins.
5.You should be 2 months old or more in this site.

If you have all of these,ask us in the Wonder Store and you'll be made one.

By read that an SA's post I would suggest deleting the VIP group till you can actually figure something out for all that we need @_@

Bwa I also had the discount idea for my forum. The moderating the VIP section isn't good at all as they then have the power to ban members and delete posts and such and if the users have a "true color" then well the site will be in trouble.
